How do I set up a report in ZenduCam?

This article will inform you how to set up reports in your ZenduCam - Trax portal, as well as lists the various types of reports available.

You will need to have administrator credentials in order to be able to do this.

Step 1) Login to ZenduCam

Step 2) Click on Admin along the top

Step 3) Select Scheduled Reports on the left hand side

Step 4) Select + Create Report on the right hand side

Step 5) Choose the report type from the drop down menu

Step 6) Set the frequency as to your needs

Step 7) If you would like these reports sent to a particular person(s), enter their email address(es)

Step 8) If the rule is only to be applied to a certain group of vehicles, select the specific group, otherwise select all

Step 9) Once everything is set to how you need, hit Save at the bottom

 

Available Reports Types

Reviewed Exceptions - this report lists exceptions that are reviewed by the managed service to be verified

Trips - this report lists all the trips made by registered vehicles

Exceptions - this report lists all the exceptions (rules are classified as exceptions)

Vehicle Communications Watch - this report lists the last communication date of the camera system

Errors - this report lists any media error reported by the SD card inserted into every connected camera

Customer Visits - this report lists all the vehicles that have entered and exited any zones created
