How do I request video footage for an incident in ZenduCAM?

This article will inform you how to request video footage for an incident on ZenduCam - Trax portal.

You will need have administrator, user, or usernoliveview credentials in order to be able to do this.

Step 1) Take note of when and where you think the incident took place (date, time, location)

Step 2) Pick the vehicle related to the incident from the device list on the maps page

Step 3) Investigate the breadcrumbs of the vehicle before requesting video (this will help you narrow down which video segment to request)

Step 4) After narrowing down the when you think the incident happened, click on the Camera tab. 

Step 5) Click on the Request Video

Step 6) Fill in the details of the request, and once complete, click Submit at the bottom.
