How do I create users in ZenduCam?

This article will inform you how to create users in your ZenduCam - Trax portal

You will need to have administrator credentials in order to do this. 

Step 1) Login to ZenduCam

Step 2) Click on Admin along the Top

Step 3) Along the Left hand side, select Users

Step 4) Select + Create User

Step 5) Fill out the following information, the items with the star are the fields that must be filled out. 

*Username: Has to be an Email

*Email: New User's email

*First Name: of the new user

Last Name: of the new user

Phone: Phone number of the user

Employee ID: Employee ID (if applicable)

Viewing Group: select which groups of vehicles this user will be able to see

*Security: Select their level of security

*Measurement: (Metric or Imperial) 

Driver: whether or not they are a driver, or not a driver (they will need to be a driver if you are going to assign them to a vehicle)

Send Login Email: This will send and email to the user with login information. 

Step 6) Once you have all the necessary information filled out, hit Save
