Series 806-6xx Vibration
Activated Hour Meters
The new SenDEC 806-6xx Series is the easiest way to
measure the run time of any equipment that vibrates during operation. No wires!
The meter is activated by vibration and accumulates hours as long as the
equipment is vibrating. These meters are also available with SenDEC
Flash Alert™
that flashes required maintenance at preset intervals. The self-contained power
source ensures continuous display of total run hours. Epoxy encapsulation
protects this meter and seals out the harshest environments. Wireless
installation is fast and easy. Operation is fully automatic.
Custom function programming is available for OEM and
high volume accounts with or without special packaging, pad printing, and
terminations.

Find a convenient mounting location. DO NOT mount over
magnetic surfaces. DO NOT mount meter where surface temperature exceeds 125
degrees F. As a general guideline, if you can place your hand on the mounting
surface without discomfort while equipment is at full operating temperature,
then it's not too hot for the meter.
-
Use drill template (Fig. 1) to locate mounting holes.
CAUTION: DO NOT DRILL INTO GAS TANKS OR ENGINE
CRANKCASE. If in doubt, contact your dealer.
