Up to 30% better overall viewing performance!  We have built this monitor with a military-type green phosphor CRT for up to three times greater contrast, near sunlight readability, and less day / night eye strain.  Heat and vibration is a monitors worst enemy so we have built our monitor with a insulated housing and a heavy duty curcuit board.
